BlkTicket operates as an interactive online service provider and user-generated content platform. Any content uploaded by users, creators, or third parties is the sole responsibility of the individual content provider.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
All creators, uploaders, publishers, performers, and account holders who upload content to BlkTicket are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the age of all individuals appearing in content
- Maintaining all required age verification documentation
- Complying with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws
- Maintaining records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75
By uploading content to BlkTicket, users represent and warrant that:
- All persons depicted are at least eighteen (18) years old
- All required records are properly maintained
- The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
PROHIBITED CONTENT
BlkTicket strictly prohibits:
- Content involving minors
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Exploitation or trafficking
- Non-consensual explicit material
- Any illegal sexually explicit content
Any violations will result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement and applicable authorities
DESIGNATED RECORDS CUSTODIAN
Each creator or uploader of content on BlkTicket is considered the “producer” of their uploaded material and is solely responsible for maintaining all records required by law.
BlkTicket does not independently create or produce user-uploaded explicit content.
CONTENT MONITORING AND REMOVAL
BlkTicket reserves the right to:
- Review uploaded content
- Request age verification documentation
- Remove content without notice
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Failure to provide proper documentation upon request may result in immediate account termination.
