By accessing or using BlkTicket, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

BlkTicket is a digital creator membership and monetization platform that allows creators, influencers, filmmakers, musicians, podcasters, artists, entrepreneurs, and businesses to:

• Publish exclusive content
• Sell subscriptions and memberships
• Receive tips and donations
• Offer merchandise and digital products
• Livestream and distribute media
• Build communities and fan experiences

BlkTicket provides technology and hosting services only and is not directly responsible for creator content, products, or services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use BlkTicket.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• All registration information you provide is accurate
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates age requirements or provides false information.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities occurring under their account
• Maintaining accurate billing and contact information

You agree not to:

4. CREATOR EARNINGS AND PLATFORM FEES

• Advertising opportunities

BlkTicket retains a ten percent (10%) platform commission on creator earnings unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may also apply.

By using the Platform, creators acknowledge and agree that:

• Fees may change with reasonable notice
• Attempts to bypass platform fees are prohibited
• Off-platform payment solicitation intended to avoid commissions may result in account suspension or termination

Creators are solely responsible for taxes, reporting obligations, and compliance with local financial regulations.

5. PAYOUTS AND PAYMENT HOLDS

BlkTicket reserves the right to:

• Delay payouts
• Hold funds temporarily
• Suspend withdrawals
• Investigate suspicious transactions

in cases involving:

• Fraud
• Chargebacks
• Copyright complaints
• Terms violations
• Illegal activity
• Security investigations

Creators understand that payment processors may independently hold or reject transactions.

6. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS

Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases, subscriptions, donations, and tips are final.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent bans
• Withheld payouts
• Legal action when appropriate

BlkTicket reserves the right to recover losses associated with fraudulent disputes or abusive behavior.

7. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators are solely responsible for:

• The content they upload
• Fulfilling promised rewards or services
• Delivering merchandise or digital products
• Compliance with laws and regulations
• Customer support related to their offerings

BlkTicket does not guarantee creator earnings, audience growth, or business success.

8. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Creators retain ownership of the original content they upload to BlkTicket.

However, by posting content, users grant BlkTicket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host
• Stream
• Display
• Reproduce
• Promote
• Distribute

such content solely for operating, marketing, and improving the Platform.

Users may remove content at any time, subject to technical and legal limitations.

9. COPYRIGHT AND DMCA POLICY

Users may not upload, distribute, stream, monetize, or sell content they do not own or have legal rights to use.

This includes:

• Music
• Movies
• TV content
• Images and photography
• Artwork
• Livestreams
• Logos and trademarks
• Software
• Written works

BlkTicket complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

We reserve the right to:

• Remove allegedly infringing content
• Suspend repeat infringers
• Terminate accounts involved in copyright abuse

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

14. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

All users must comply with BlkTicket’s Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policies, which may be updated periodically.

Violation of community standards may result in:

• Content removal
• Monetization restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent bans

15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

BlkTicket is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free operation
• Data preservation
• Revenue generation
• Platform compatibility

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.

16. DISCLAIMERS

BlkTicket is a technology platform and does not endorse creator opinions, products, services, or uploaded content.

Users access creator content at their own risk.

We are not liable for:

• Creator misconduct
• Business losses
• Data loss
• Reputation damage
• Third-party services
• Payment processor interruptions

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlkTicket and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the Platform
• User-generated content
• Payment disputes
• Service interruptions
• Security incidents

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to BlkTicket by the user during the previous twelve (12) months.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlkTicket and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
